Undead and Unworthy by Mary Janice Davidson

Undead and Unworthy is the 7th book in the Queen Betsy series. Mary Janice Davidson is another one of my fluff authors. Her books are enjoyable without requiring any thought. They're a great palate cleanser between books - they get you out of the world you were just in and get you ready for the next (hopefully) good book. Queen Betsy of the vampires has a shoe obsession - I mean, the books are really vapid with quite a bit of slapstick. If you like Janet Evanovich's humor in the Stephanie Plum books, you should like these. While you don't have to read them in order, and they mostly work as standalone books, I prefer reading them in order, just to get the progression, as there is character development and plot development for all that I view them as fluff.

3 our of 5 stars.

This is an adult paranormal fiction book. There are naughty bits; I wouldn't recommend it for anyone under the age of 16, and only call it okay for teenagers if they are a mature 16+.
