This was in one of the Bookcase.club February 2017 boxes and I said I would review it when I was done. Well, I would never review it if I did that. I couldn't get through it. It took me over a week to get 3/4 of the way through, and I just couldn't keep going. The "mystery" was just presented at that point. I tried. It was just not my thing. It was supposed to be a fictionalized account of Harry Houdini's life, which sounded cool, but while magic is cool, this book made it seem dull to me. It may have gotten spectacular after page 220-something, but I just couldn't do it anymore. This one isn't a keeper for me.
No star rating because I did not finish it.
Adult fiction - nothing in it in all the parts that I got through that would make it inappropriate for a teenage reader. No naughty bits.
